At a time where almost everyone owns a smartphone, Jamendo now offers a mobile application, without any advertising, for each of the three major mobile OS on the market. Unlike other mobile applications from online music services such as Last.fm or Spotify, Jamendo’s applications are free and do not require a susbscription. Each of these applications offer direct access to stream more than 300,000 tracks from Jamendo’s catalog. These applications include the ability to browse songs by genre, discover the newest tracks and access the ranking of Jamendo’s top-rated songs. It is also possible to create and listen to personal playlists that contain your favorite artists and tracks.

Jamendo for BlackBerry


Jamendo finally has a mobile application for BlackBerry. It was developed by the talented Polish company Teleca Poland. The application is available for download from the BlackBerry App World.




Jamendo for iPhone


Jamendo’s application for iPhone, on the other hand, has been updated and now allows for multitasking. You can enjoy Jamendo music from your iPhone while using other apps, surfing the web or checking your emails. The brand new version 1.5. of the application is available in the App Store in French, English, Spanish, Italian, German and Polish.




Jamendo for Android


In 2009, Teleca Poland had previously created a free Jamendo mobile application for Android. The application has been available since 2009 on the Android Market and is regularly updated.
